Susanne Ingo

Susanne Ingo, architect SAR/MSA, is a strategic development expert at the Swedish Transport Administration. Susanne has a professional expertise in regional and spatial development with focus on metropolitan development and coordinated planning of transport systems and urban development. Susanne has a long experience as a planner in city of Stockholm and at the Stockholm County Council Office of Regional Planning and Urban Transportation, and as an expert at the National Government (Prime Minister’s Office and the Department of Communications. She was for several years engaged as consultant and senior partner at Inregia AB, later WSP Analysis and Strategy.

Helena Kyster-Hansen

Helena Kyster-Hansen is a senior adviser in transport and development at Tetraplan A/S and acts as a deputy project manager of the BTO 2030 study. Helena has 26 years of experience in the European transport business, especially in the area of intermodality and railway development. She has been a consultant since 1997 in own company, and since 2008 at Tetraplan.

Dr Stephen Blank

Stephen Blank has enjoyed a career in academics and business. He serves now as a senior associate in research centres at Arizona State University and Columbia University and at the Centre for International Governance Innovation in Ontario. He is Co-Chair, North American Transportation Competitiveness Research Council. Stephen’s work has focused on the relationship between business strategy and public policy, looking in particular at North American economic integration, transportation corridors and freight transportation systems.

Dr Prabir De

Prabir De is a Fellow at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), New Delhi. He has a PhD in economics from Jadavpur University, Calcutta. Prabir received the Eric Lowey International Award of British Chapter of International Navigation Association (PIANC), Brussels in 2002, and Distinguished Researcher Award of the Asia – Pacific Research and Training Network (ARTNeT) of United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) in 2010. He was a visiting research scholar of the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), Tokyo and Korea Institute of International Economic Policy (KIEP), Seoul. Prabir works in the field of international economics and has research interests in international trade and development issues. He is also the managing editor of South Asia Economic Journal, published by Sage.
